30 Day Return policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To start a return, you can go to our returns portal below and follow the prompts. You will need your order number and the name the order was placed under. We offer exchange for online store credit for you to repurchase a new size or style. Return shipping costs will be at your own cost.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Sale Items - No Return or Exchange
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, please head to our returns portal, you will need your order number to request your return. Instructions on how to process a return will be emailed to you once approved.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS
Please choose carefully as we unfortunately don't accept refunds. We only offer an exchange of size or style for store credit. We will only allow refunds for faulty products. We must be notified of this within 3 days of receiving the item. Please email us directly with imagery as soon as you notice a fault.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased as a discounted rate are final sale.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot.
FAULTY
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
